Free calculator and plan delivery

Calculator results appear without an email requirement. If you request the seven-day plan, we use the address you provide to generate and deliver that requested resource. Private plan links are available for 30 days.

Your information and responsibilities

Provide accurate calculator inputs and use the results as planning estimates. You are responsible for your food choices and for deciding whether this information is appropriate for you.

Optional follow-up emails

Plan delivery does not enroll you in marketing. Practical follow-up emails begin only after a separate confirmation, and every such email includes an unsubscribe option.

Permitted use

You may keep or print your private plan for personal use. Do not resell, redistribute, interfere with, or misuse the site, its forms, or its private links.

Educational scope

The calculator, plan, recipes, and articles are educational. They are not medical advice and do not replace professional diagnosis, treatment, or individualized nutrition care.

Availability and changes
